Vin Scully may no longer call Dodgers games, but as he showed during last year's World Series, that voice and that presence are still as powerful as ever. So, when news broke on Wednesday afternoon that the 2020 All-Star Game would be held at Dodger Stadium, who else but Scully could welcome us all back to Chavez Ravine:
