It was an emotional scene in Fenway for the final game of Big Papi's career
It wasn't the perfect Hollywood ending, but it was an unforgettable evening at Fenway Park nonetheless as
Ultimately, the rally did fall short, the Indians clinched a trip to meet the Blue Jays in the ALCS and now, Big Papi's career has officially come to a close. The fans stuck around after the final out and Ortiz came back out to the field for a final farewell.
Thank you, David Ortiz.
