Sam Fuld brought his highlight-reel defense to the World Baseball Classic

Sam Fuld, who missed the 2016 season with a shoulder injury, was last seen making plays in center field like this:

Well, after a year off and another successful Wiffle Ball tournament, Fuld is back manning center field for Team Israel in the World Baseball Classic, and he remains very capable of making highlight-reel catches.
In the fourth inning of Israel's 2-1 extra-innings victory over Korea on Monday morning, Dae-Ho Lee -- who returned to the KBO after his 2016 season with the Mariners -- launched a ball to the warning track. It had extra bases written all over it, the start of Korea's rally.
But nope, not with Fuld in center.

In case any teams out there are wondering, Fuld is currently a free agent. But for the meantime, he's busy helping Team Israel pull off WBC '17 upsets: He added two hits from the leadoff spot to his impressive defense. He seems to be enjoying himself, too:
