You won't see this kind of back-breaking flexibility anywhere else outside "The Exorcist." In the fifth inning of Friday's Triple-A matchup between the Louisville Bats and Indianapolis Indians, Indians shortstop Gift Ngoepe raced back on Sebastian Elizalde's line drive. Only problem: The ball was flying over his other shoulder.
Rather than let the ball drop in for a single, Ngoepe did the only thing possible: He leapt and twisted his body like it was made of tangled Christmas lights to make the grab:
