Video evidence that Denard Span's legs may have been replaced with pogo sticks

Back at the end of the 2015 season, Denard Span underwent surgery on his left hip and missed the rest of the year. As such, we hadn't really seen him in action since the operation. But on Monday, Span tweeted a video of his workout -- and it appears his legs were replaced with humanoid pogo sticks.
How else do you explain someone jumping so effortlessly?

Wait, you say Span has always been able to propel himself upwards like this?

Oh, yes ... that's right. Span's legs are just insanely powerful.
If I were Span, I would forgo walking places and only travel distances by hopping. Because clearly, he could.
