A pitch to the throat couldn't stop this ump from calling ball four
A-Rod wasn't the only casualty of an errant pitch at Fenway Park on Sunday. O'Nora was obviously hurting, but didn't let that stop him from doing his job -- after catching his breath, he managed an emphatic "That's ball four" to advance Jonny Gomes to first. O'Nora remained at his post for the rest of the game.
