This baseball has the story of the 1967 Cardinals' championship season painted on it
This is the '67 Cards' season painted onto a baseball
The 1967 St. Louis Cardinals were an impressive team. The roster featured future Hall of Famers Lou Brock, Steve Carlton and Bob Gibson. They won 101 games and defeated the Carl Yastrzemski-led Red Sox in a seven-game World Series. And, perhaps most notably, they inspired this work of art:

That is the entire story of the '67 Cards painted on a baseball. The artist is George Sosnak, who made a hobby of these baseball murals and, fun fact, served as a Minor League umpire. Now, one of his works is headed to the Cardinals Museum.
An entire season of baseball, painted onto a baseball -- frankly, we can't think of a more fitting tribute.
