Teams celebrated National Dog Day by letting fans bring their dogs to the ballpark
On Sunday, dog owners and lovers across the country celebrated National Dog Day with their very good dogs. Everyone knows that dogs like nothing more than a trip to the park, especially when that park is a ballpark.
The Giants held their Dog Days of Summer festivities at AT&T Park. Before they hosted the Rangers, a bunch of lucky dogs got to walk -- or ride -- around on the field:

The best dogs in Miami got to take in a Marlins game:

The D-backs were also in the holiday spirit, welcoming plenty of very good dogs to Chase Field. Maybe if they're really good, they'll be allowed to go for a swim in the outfield pool.

We can't think of a better way to celebrate National Dog Day.
