The Daniel Bryan-Giants appearance you've been waiting for finally happened at NLDS Game 3
Daniel Bryan leads Giants in NLDS Game 3 YES! chant
Since the dawn of time (or at least, like, the early '70s, when Macho Man Randy Savage was in the Cardinals' farm system), there has been no better marriage than baseball and professional wrestling.
This undisputed fact is evidenced by the Giants adopting WWE superstar Daniel Bryan as their unofficial biggest fan.
Hunter Pence and the rest of the Giants started using Bryan's iconic "YES! YES! YES!" chant early in the 2014 season, not long after Bryan beat Randy Orton and Batista in a triple threat match at Wrestlemania XXX to become the World Heavyweight Champion. (The Pirates are also big fans. So is Josh Reddick.)
With the Giants heading back to AT&T Park for Game 3 of the NLDS with the Nationals, the team had Bryan on-hand to lead the San Francisco crowd in a raucous rendition of the chant.
Bryan also spent some time in the Giants' dugout as the players were thrilled to meet the inspiration for their unifying cheer.
