Before Monday's non-waiver Trade Deadline, Hernandez found himself (along with outfielder Nori Aoki) traded from the Astros to the Blue Jays in exchange for Liriano:

It marked the first time in Hernandez's career that he's been part of a trade. Just last August at Rogers Centre, Hernandez clubbed his first career home run against ... yep, Francisco Liriano:
