The Venezuelan Little League World Series team hugged the losing pitcher after a walk-off win

The Little League World Series is everything great that sports aspire to be. Not only are there young ballplayers from all over the globe playing their hearts out for a chance to win the title -- and making friends along the way, no matter the language barrier -- but every year the greatest examples of sportsmanship are on display. 
That happened after Monday's game that saw Venezuela defeat the Dominican Republic, 3-2. In his fourth inning of work, the Domincan Republic's Edward Uceta was trying to close out the game when Venezuela's Omar Romero hit a walk-off two-run triple to give Venezuela the win. 
As the Venezuelan players came out to celebrate, Uceta lay down on the mound and began to sob. Rather than join in with the celebration, Venezuela's coaching staff rushed to the mound to embrace Uceta. They were soon joined by Romero, just moments after his game-winning hit. For though this game may have been huge, it was still just a game. 
Coming on the heels of the Pirates and Cardinals post-game handshakes, this is just further proof that what you learn in Little League can last a lifetime.
