All eyes were on a loose squirrel at the Indians-Rangers game
It was a calm afternoon in Arlington on Tuesday. In their final Spring Training exhibition game, the Rangers and Indians played under the midday sun, and the whole atmosphere seemed pretty ... serene.
At one point, a squirrel showed up, eager to get a piece of the action on the diamond. Here's footage of said squirrel scrambling across the infield, heading out toward right field:

While the scene was decidedly relaxing to watch as a spectator, those on the field were totally caught up in the moment -- especially as the squirrel attempted to steal second base and head to the pitching mound.

Not so fast, Mr. Squirrel. Mike Clevinger is a bit territorial over his kingdom ...
