Randy Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald were just as stressed as us during the NL Wild Card Game

Two Arizona sporting luminaries were at Chase Field for the D-backs' exciting 11-8 NL Wild Card Game victory over the Rockies on Wednesday. 
One was Randy Johnson, the D-backs great who won four straight NL Cy Young Awards and a World Series title with the team. 
The other was Larry Fitzgerald, the Arizona Cardinals wide receiver who has topped 100 receptions in a season three times and been elected to 10 Pro Bowls. 
Though they looked cool, calm and collected early in the game, by the eighth inning, both would be feeling the effects of a stressful, back-and-forth contest.
After back-to-back home runs from Nolan Arenado and Trevor Story cut the D-backs' lead to one run, Pat Valaika doubled with two outs. And Randy Johnson looked like he was exhausted from the torrent of runs. Perhaps he also wished to be warming in the 'pen: 

Fitzgerald looked incredibly stressed. This wasn't just some celebrity accepting free tickets in exchange for being a cross-sport ambassador. This was a fan living and dying with every pitch. This was Arizona sports at its finest:

Fortunately for Johnson and Fitzgerald, Arizona halted the Rockies rally and added three more runs in the bottom of the eighth to give the team some breathing room. 
The two will now have a day to relax before the D-backs travel to Los Angeles to take on the Dodgers in the NLDS presented by T-Mobile. Tune in to catch Game 1 Friday at 10:30 p.m. ET / 7:30 p.m. MST on TBS.
