Prince Fielder will host his very own cooking show called 'Fielder's Choice'
Ever since he announced his retirement back in August, the baseball world has sorely missed Prince Fielder -- the dingers, the smile, the celebrations (choreographed and otherwise), all of the various flops:
The dingers might be gone for good, but we do have some happier news. According to an interview with ESPN, Fielder and his wife have found their next project: They're going to host a cooking show. Entitled "Fielder's Choice," because of course, the show will be released on Netflix and Hulu around Spring Training -- and it sounds like the "Tonight Show"/"Chopped" crossover of your dreams:
It's not just baseball people. It's a mixture of baseball people, actors, musicians, chefs and whatnot. They bring out different dishes, and at the end of the show, I give the one I like the most the "Fielder's choice." It's good TV.
