Johnny Cueto may have just become best friends with an adorable beluga whale
Previously on "The Adventures of Johnny Cueto, Animal Whisperer," our intrepid hero was looking absolutely majestic on top of a horse. Having sufficiently conquered land mammals, on Wednesday Cueto took to the sea -- specifically, to SeaWorld, with the Giants in town for a series against the Padres.

And, because he is Johnny Cueto, Animal Whisperer, it wasn't long before he and this beluga whale were best friends:
No doubt inspired by his new aquatic companions, Cueto lit it up on the mound on Wednesday against the Padres -- he threw a complete game, allowing just one run on four hits in a 2-1 San Francisco win. Join us next time, when Cueto might actually be seen riding a bald eagle across the sky.
