Phillies reporter Gregg Murphy enjoyed Jake Arrieta's homer from a kayak floating in McCovey Cove
Heading into Sunday's game with the Giants at AT&T Park,
Facing Giants rookie (and Ivan Rodriguez's son) Dereck Rodriguez in the third inning, Arrieta connected on a solo homer into the left-field seats. The blast ended the Phillies' 22-inning scoreless drought and delighted NBC Sports Philadelphia's Gregg Murphy, who was enjoying the sunny afternoon in a kayak in McCovey Cove:

The Phillies didn't get the win, losing to San Francisco, 6-1, but Murphy had a good time nonetheless.
