Basball fans probably know Parks and Recreation co-creator Michael Schur better by his internet pseudonym, Ken Tremendous -- purveyor of hardball snark and co-founder of the sabermetrically-inclined blog Fire Joe Morgan.

Viewers paying close attention to this week's episode of Parks and Rec may have noticed this particular reference, presumably dropped into the world of Leslie Knope and friends by Schur or another stat-friendly writer:
