Wil Myers tore the cover off of the ball ... sort of

During the Padres' 13-4 loss to the Marlins on Monday night, Wil Myers tore the cover off of the baseball. No, surprisingly, it wasn't on his first-inning home run:

It was on this weak foul tip back to the catcher:

An admirable effort, Wil, but here's hoping you can do it on a ball hit into play next time. And yes, with some more yarn and rubber scattered across the diamond.
