Nick Castellanos drafted his brother for the Tigers
With the 44th pick in the first round of the 2010 MLB Draft, the Tigers selected Nick Castellanos, an infielder out of Archbishop McCarthy High School in Southwest Ranches, Fla.
With the 25th pick in the 25th round of the 2015 MLB Draft, the Tigers selected Ryan Castellanos, a right-handed pitcher out of Nova Southeastern University.
Ryan happens to be Nick's younger brother and the Tigers were kind enough to let their third baseman officially announce the pick on Wednesday:
