Sergio Romo seemed quite excited to put on his new Dodgers jersey for the first time
The rivalry between the Giants and Dodgers is one of the game's most intense. Every season, the two clubs vie for NL West supremacy, with many pressure-packed games taking place on the West Coast.
For the past nine seasons, this rivalry included slider specialist Sergio Romo dealing out of the Giants' bullpen ... but then the Dodgers officially signed him to a one-year deal on Wednesday.
The Giants bid farewell to the long-tenured reliever with a classy tweet:

... and then Romo, a Southern California native who actually grew up a big Dodgers fan, arrived at Spring Training Wednesday and tried on his new jersey for the first time. Needless to say, he was rather excited about it:
