Don't look now, but Manny Ramirez may be planning another comeback

The last time Manny Ramirez was on the field, he was with one Hall of Famer and one whose five-year clock for the Hall just started ticking. 

While those two have hung 'em up, Ramirez may be working on a comeback. After playing in Taiwan in 2013 (while completing this amazing 30-second home run trot) and appearing in the Cubs' Minor League system in 2014, might there be one more team in Ramirez's future? 
TMZ caught up with Ramirez's wife, Juliana, who said that the outfielder has been working out extremely hard. "I told him, 'Go for it!" she said. "Baseball is the love of his life other than his family and I totally support him 100% ... 'cause I know how much it means for him."
As for where he might end up, the possibilities are endless. However, if this recent report from Nikkan Sports means anything, Ramirez has been connected with the Kochi Fighting Dogs, a Japanese team in the independent Shikoku Island League. It wouldn't be all that surprising for the 44-year-old Ramirez to sign there, either. The then-56-year-old Julio Franco signed with the Million Stars, another team in a separate Japanese independent league, in February of 2015.
