Manny Ramirez hits home run for Iowa Cubs

One of the greates and least-expected storylines of the 2014 season has been Manny Ramirez's odd return to baseball. After playing parts of seasons in the Dominican Republic and Taiwan, Manny returned to the states as a player-coach for the Triple-A Iowa Cubs.

Manny spent a few weeks getting back into shape at the team's facilities in Des Moines before joining them over the weekend with an 0-for-4 debut. He righted the ship on Monday, though, with a 3-for-4 showing and a two-run homer to his credit. 

Manny's Cubs eventually walked off victorious thanks to a bases loaded single from Josh Vitters in the bottom of the 10th.
