LeBron James and Dwyane Wade are planning 'a nice bet and more' regarding the World Series
The World Series is set: the Cubs and Indians will square off in Game 1 on Tuesday night (8 p.m. ET, FOX) in a matchup of teams that haven't seen the Fall Classic since 1945 (for the Cubs) and 1997 (for Cleveland).
After Chicago wrapped up the NLCS with a decisive 5-0 win over the Dodgers on Saturday night, everyone's attention turned to the impending showdown of the AL and NL's top two teams.
Dwyane Wade, who recently took his talents from Miami to the Chicago Bulls, sent a tweet to old friend LeBron James:
@KingJames Let's talk!!! #WorldSeriesConvo

James, a noted Indians fan who served as their ALDS hype man and showed up during the ALCS with a bunch of his teammates, is definitely game for a friendly wager:
Absolutely!! We're placing a nice bet and more on this one my friend! #WorldSeries #RallyTogether
