Yankees prospect Jake Cave launched a dinger that landed on top of an apartment building
There are several places your run-of-the-mill home run might land: the stands, the glove of a bullpen catcher and, of course, the occasional deep fryer. Unless you're playing baseball with the "Hey Arnold!" gang, however, "the roof of an apartment building" probably would not be on that list.
Until Wednesday, that is, when Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders outfielder Jake Cave redefined the meaning of strength:
It's a bit difficult to see just where that ball ended up, but allow us to assure you that it landed on top of that giant brick building in the background:
With power like that, he won't even need a last name and/or number on his jersey for everybody to know who's at the plate.
