Is this the hottest player in baseball?
I mean, there are tons of them. Like thousands and thousands around the world. I don't have pictures of all of them -- that'd be a little weird.
But I know not all of them can have the crystal blue eyes, the dimpled chin and the perfect jawline of Tampa Bay Rays center fielder Kevin Kiermaier.
Hey, look. Over here, Kevin.
Why go to Iceland's blue grotto when you can just look into Kevin's eyes? Why go anywhere? Just have Kevin lean forward on his bat and tell you about how he likes to cover himself in petroleum jelly.
Flannel should be his uniform. Oh, and his nickname is Outlaw.
Don't take it from me, though, take it from a guy who's seen more baseball players than just about anyone: former big leaguer David Ortiz. His kid's babysitter apparently thinks very fondly of Kevin, and after the Rays won a huge ALDS Game 4 against the Astros on Tuesday -- a win in which Kiermaier played a key role -- Ortiz let him know. Listen to the exchange at around the 4:35 mark below.
.@KKiermaier39 did it with his bat AND arm today in the @RaysBaseball W! He joined our crew after forcing a Game 5:@kevinburkhardt | @AROD | @davidortiz | @TheBigHurt_35 pic.twitter.com/1lVsbXOM6x

If you can't trust a babysitter, who can you trust?
