This high schooler somehow landed a pitch in the umpire's ball bag
Baseball prides itself on being pretty weird. That's a large part of the reason we love it -- it's the only one-stop shop for sneezing injuries and literal light-tower power and robots of doom, after all.
Sometimes, though, baseball one-ups itself, and gets so weird you have to stop and question everything you've ever known. Exhibit A: Wednesday afternoon, when a pitcher for Iowa's Spirit Lake High School wound up and promptly tore a hole in the space time-continuum.

If you're keeping score at home, that's your classic through-the-catcher-off-the-dirt-off-the-umpire's-leg-into-the-ball-bag bank shot, for the next time you want to show off in the cruelest game of baseball H-O-R-S-E.
