Hunter Pence celebrated wildly after showing off the wall at his new coffee and games shop
Baseball history is filled with ballplayers that opened up businesses to fill their free time and offseasons. Usually, though, they are pizza joints or steak houses (or, in the case of Early Wynn, a steakhouse-slash-bowling alley). I think we can safely say that no ballplayer has ever opened a coffee and boardgame shop before
Expected to open sometime next week, Hunter Pence showed up to the Houston coffee shop on Sunday to unveil its colorful, abstract art walls. Befitting someone opening a shop devoted to his off-the-field passions, Pence was quite excited:

If Pence's reaction is any indication, Coral Sword is going to be a lot of fun.
Update: The cafe is now open!
