Happy anniversary to Bobby Cox breaking MLB's all-time ejection record
Bobby Cox broke ejection record eight years ago today
During his 32-year managerial career, Hall of Famer Bobby Cox had a lot of success. He racked up 2,504 victories (fourth all-time), won a World Series with the Braves in 1995 and took home Manager of the Year honors four times (in three different decades!).
But our favorite milestone may have come on August 14, 2007, the night he was ejected from a game for the 132nd time -- breaking John McGraw's 70-year-old record.
Cox would go on to get tossed another 26 times, because that's just how Bobby rolls.
