Niko Goodrum avoided a tag in the most beautiful way possible

To be successful at baserunning is an art form. You have to constantly be aware of the situation, be confident in the length of the lead you are taking and, of course, be kind of fast. Niko Goodrum not only dominated these steps, but he knew how to avoid a tag from Jason Kipnis.
In the top of the second during Tuesday's Tigers-Indians game, James McCann smacked a deep fly ball to center fielder Rajai Davis. Goodrum tagged up and flew into second base. Kipnis laid the tag on the Tigers infielder and he was originally called out -- but Goodrum wasn't accepting that:

Talk about heads-up baserunning. Look at the way he swims over Kipnis' glove and around the bag. Impressive.
