Giancarlo Stanton's offseason vacation included a trip to the Dead Sea and the Great Pyramids
Giancarlo Stanton is on vacation. He's been on vacation from his job, aka being a professional baseball demolisher, since the Marlins' final game of the season on Oct. 2. But he's also on vacation-vacation this week, traveling in the Middle East, and he appears to be enjoying himself quite a bit.
He started it off by floating in the Dead Sea -- while reading some good ol' fashioned print journalism --and then spending some time in the Old City of Jerusalem:
But Tuesday was Stanton's 27th birthday, so he had to do something really special on his vacation. Something like hanging out with one of the seven wonders of the world:
