A band of Futures Game prospects ripped through 'California Love' at the Rock Hall of Fame
All-Star festivities are in Cleveland this weekend, which means a bunch of players at the MLB and MiLB levels are close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. And with the All-Star Futures Game coming up on Sunday, a group of players made their way to the Rock Hall for some fun on Friday.
"Fun" here refers to Royce Lewis of the Twins (the No. 7 overall prospect in baseball, per MLB Pipeline), Jo Adell of the Angels (No. 4), Wander Franco of the Rays (No. 1) and the Indians' Nolan Jones (No. 43) teaming up to form a band.
Inside the Rock Hall, they honed their skills, learning some of the music behind "California Love," which Lewis uses as his walk-up music ...
And then later on, they gathered in a room to jam ... and I have to admit, they sound pretty darn good. Look at Adell on guitar!

I hope this All-Star Weekend inspires several other baseball player bands, because that would be great news for everybody.
