Welcome to In Short Order, a weekly look at all the baseball that I like and can't stop obsessing over. We'll mostly live at the edges of the game; at the intersection of the weird, the fun and the esoteric. Oh yeah, and hair.
The baseball season grows up so fast, doesn't it? Why, just the other day we were looking at the stats while worrying about small sample sizes. Now, we're a full third of the way through the season.
Since we can't slow down time, let's at least pause it and look back at the five best and most fun moments from May.
