Edwin Encarnacion hit not one, but two home runs in the same inning
If you're reading this, there's a decent chance you haven't hit a Major League home run. If you have, good for you! But if you haven't, you no doubt have an understanding of how great it must feel to square up a pitch and blast it into the stratosphere.
How about hitting two homers in a game? Doubly fun. How about hitting two homers in the same game, in the very same inning? That's dream-level stuff, and it's what Edwin Encarnacion did in the sixth inning of the Mariners' 13-5 win over the Royals on Monday night.

Amazingly, this isn't the first time Encarnacion has dingered twice in the same inning. He did it in 2013 as a member of the Blue Jays. No, seriously:
That's gotta feel pretty amazing. Times two.
Good to see Edwin being a good influence on his new @Mariners teammates.😂 pic.twitter.com/kiFjkvu1VH
