Elvis Andrus shared his joy of video games with kids at a children's hospital
On Monday, members of the Rangers made their annual visit to Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, to help spread holiday cheer to those in need.

It's certainly not unusual that Andrus enjoys playing as himself in baseball video games. What perhaps is unusual, though, is that he strikes out a lot in said video games: In 2017, real Andrus had the 33rd-lowest strikeout rate of all qualified hitters, striking out about once every seven trips to the plate.
It sounds like virtual Andrus could use a session with a hitting coach to discuss his approach at the plate. Maybe one of those kids could help him work on his (video) game.
