Eddie Rosario hit himself with his own bat flip
Bat flips can be fun, but they're not for everyone -- and they can also be tricky. We know
In the bottom of the seventh inning on a 3-2 pitch during the Twins' 11-7 walk-off win over the Rays on Sunday, Rosario smacked a sharp ground ball to left field. And while he was running toward first, he attempted a bat flip. Like we said, he attempted a bat flip:
He almost lost a battle to the lumber, but he managed to stay safe -- both from the bat, and on the play. And it was an RBI single, so everything seemed to be going his way.
We never said having swag was easy.
