Clayton Kershaw spent his Saturday proving he could hold six baseballs at once
When starting pitchers have the day off, they don't really have the day off. They have bullpens to throw, stretching to do and scouting reports to review. Most importantly, they must impress their teammates with feats of strength.
Clayton Kershaw pulled that off by holding six baseballs at once during the Dodgers' 10-6 win against the Brewers on Saturday night. (Notice the Brewers' score. A coincidence?)
Naturally, if this were a YouTube video, this would be the title card that would definitely get you to click.
Of course, Kershaw is going to need to work a little harder if he'll top Randy Johnson's legendary mark of seven.
