During his 12-year career, Carlos Ruiz has started 969 out of 969 games at catcher. That's just what he does, he's Chooch. Why would somebody named Chooch ever play anywhere else? Well, during the Twins' historic 20-7 win over the Mariners on Tuesday night, Chooch took the mound for the first time in his pro career. Yes, the battery was flipped upside-down and the catcher became the pitcher.
