Carlos Correa banked in the Rockets' 'First Shot' for charity because he can do no wrong these days
It's a good time to be
He's on some streak ... and on Thursday that streak brought him to the Toyota Center in Houston. Correa was a special guest of the Rockets before their game with the Warriors, and was tasked with shooting the "First Shot" for charity.

Now, Correa isn't the first Astros player to take up this challenge. Teammate
Correa, though, nailed his shot thanks to a forgiving ricochet off the backboard:
Here’s Carlos Correa banking in tonight’s First Shot, along with the ovation from #Rockets fans. With the make, @TilmanJFertitta will donate $5,000 to charity. #Astros pic.twitter.com/7NnXu3vFt3

And then there's also this:
Correa is the first #Astros player to make the First Shot. George Springer, Alex Bregman, and Lance McCullers each missed. #Rockets

He felt pretty good afterward:

That's just how things are going for Correa these days.
