Bryce Harper incorporated rebar into his workouts in a new Under Armour video

The #NoOffseason trend appeared to take the baseball world by storm. We witnessed the workouts of Giancarlo Stanton, an Alex Bregmanpump-up video that made you want to get up off of that couch and the time Carlos Correa used José Altuveas literal weights -- we were truly blessed. This time around, Bryce Harper showed off some of his strength by using pieces of metal.
Under Armour tweeted out a video of the five-time All-Star lifting weights. But these weights were in the form of rebar:

Like the tweet says, this seems like it's a small trip down memory lane for him.
Harper never ceases to amaze.
