Bryce Harper is a national treasure, so it makes total sense for the Nationals star to head to the Smithsonian on Monday afternoon to have some fun -- and basically photobomb a young man proudly wearing a Harper shirsey.
Residents of the D.C. area, consider yourself warned: it's totally feasible to catch Harper out and about on off-days during Nats homestands.
Harper's surprise selfie isn't unlike the one Tigers ace Justin Verlander snapped with a kid wearing HIS shirsey at a Starbucks back during Spring Training. Apparently this is a thing players like to do when the opportunity strikes.
