Bryce Harper crushed a homer out of the entire stadium in his first simulated game with the Phillies
A new era of Philadelphia Phillies baseball is upon us, and on Wednesday afternoon Bryce Harper put on the sort of show fans can hope they'll see quite often for the next 13 years or so.
In a simulated game in Clearwater -- Harper's first official Spring Training activities with his new club -- Bryce clubbed a homer deep to right field off teammate Jerad Eickhoff.

Yes, it's "just" a simulated game and not a Spring Training tune-up, but so what? This is your first glimpse of Harper, wearing his new Phillies digs, crushing dingers into the sky. Enjoy it, because there's only a "first" one time ... and for what it's worth, he's having a good time so far.
