Browns first-round picks Baker Mayfield and Denzel Ward threw out the first pitch on Friday
After going 0-16 last year, the Browns were in good position to restock their team with two of the first four picks in the NFL Draft on Thursday. They took quarterback Baker Mayfield with the first overall pick and then, three picks later, nabbed defensive back Denzel Ward.
One day later, the duo made their Cleveland debut as the two came out before the Mariners and Indians squared off to throw out the first pitch.

While Ward's pitch bounced in the dirt, Mayfield used a bit too much muscle on his toss:
After throwing 43 touchdowns and only getting picked six times last year, we're going to assume that Mayfield planned to throw the ball there to confuse the coverage.
