Alex Rodriguez donned a University of Miami turnover chain and cheered his team to victory

With baseball broadcasts done for the year, Alex Rodriguez decided to take some time for himself and briefly focus on one of his other passions -- Miami Hurricanes football. Rodriguez has always been a big fan of "The U," and he went to their game on Saturday against Virginia Tech, accompanied by Jennifer Lopez and his daughters.
The camera happened to catch A-Rod sporting an impressive turnover chain with the Hurricanes' logo:

Perfect. J. Lo took the opportunity to pose with it, too:

Perhaps spurred on by A-Rod's cheering (and his chain), the Hurricanes went on to beat the Hokies, 28-10, moving to 8-0 on the season.
