A Little Leaguer hit a home run so massive he earned a high-five from the pitcher
Sometimes, even in the thick of the competition of a Little League World Series Regional, credit must be given where it is due.
When Massachusetts' Evan Blake hit a home run over the center-field scoreboard to put his team up 10-1, even the Rhode Island team had to acknowledge that it was a spectacular homer. As he rounded the bases -- and fans ran to the woods to retrieve the ball -- Blake received high-fives from the Rhode Island third baseman. And, as he approached home plate, their pitcher even came out offering a high-five to say, "Yeah, that was pretty cool."
