Watch 8,000 fans go absolutely wild and have a food fight in a baseball stadium
Have you ever wondered what a food fight would look like inside a baseball stadium? Well, 1) That's an odd thing to daydream and 2) now your wishes have been answered. It's all thanks to the St. Paul Saints, a team in the independent American Association.
Known for its unique promotions over the years like an on-field Twister game and hosting a cat festival, the team put together what was probably the messiest event in baseball history when it took on the Sioux Fall Canaries. The Sains handed out ponchos, and gave the fans "prepared food packets, mashed potatoes, marshmallows, powdered donuts and popcorn."
So, on the 40th anniversary of the release of "Animal House," the Saints played the famous food-fight scene on the scoreboard and then let the crowd go wild. And you can watch the whole sticky, goopy, messy thing here. You'll notice that they told the fans to try to keep the food off the field.

If you're interested in how such a thing was pulled off, the Saints put together a video showing the sheer amount of work necessary to have 90 seconds of ridiculous fun.
