Enrolling in the Loyal Fan program acknowledges acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below:

The Loyal Fan card is not a gift, credit or debit card, but is a loyalty card intended to provide enhanced value to loyal fans of Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar. Card is for individual use only, points and rewards are non-transferrable. Card must be registered in order to receive points.

Points are earned with purchase at Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar. One point is earned for each dollar spent (excluding tax and gratuity) at Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar. Points are not earned for gift card purchases in store or online. Points have no cash value and certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply, as determined by Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar.

Points are automatically converted into rewards in the form of credit loaded onto the card. Such credit is only redeemable at Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar and has no cash value. Points can accrue as long as individual remains a member in program and program remains in existence, however each unused point will expire five years after it is earned.

Cardinals Nation reserves the right to terminate a member's account and cancel accrued points if Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar in its sole discretion believes the member is abusing the program, or is misrepresenting any information associated to the program.

Employees of the St. Louis Cardinals and Delaware North Sportservice and members of their families are not eligible for membership.

Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar reserves the right to terminate the program, change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation at any time with or without notice. Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar may also withdraw, limit or cancel the number of points required for redemption, value of each point towards redemption or change the number or type of reward offered. Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar will have final decision in any disputes over rewards.

Points are not earned or redeemable at/for The Authentics Shop, Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum, Hoffmann Brothers Rooftop, any contracted event at Cardinals Nation, any business or entity outside of Cardinals Nation or any purchase in or at Busch Stadium. Points are not earned or redeemable for tickets for the St. Louis Cardinals.

By enrolling in The Loyal Fan program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the loyalty program, all of which terms and conditions are subject to change with Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar's sole discretion, at any time.
