Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to ALL members of the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum:

1. Admission
Membership entitles you to free admission to the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum for one year. Members must present their Membership card along with valid photo identification during Museum hours at point of entry.

2. Membership Term
Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. No refunds, exchanges, or extensions will be issued if you are unable to take full advantage of your Membership benefits.

3. Membership Cards
Membership benefits and Membership cards are nontransferable. Members will need to supply a second form of identification when redeeming their benefits. One Membership card will be provided per account. Lost, mishandled, or stolen Membership cards can be replaced upon request.

4. Membership Upgrades/Downgrades
If during the term of your active Membership you wish to upgrade your Membership level and benefits, speak with a Membership representative to arrange for payment of the difference between the two levels. The St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum does not permit a Member to downgrade to a lower level once the Membership materials have been received and benefits have been used.

5. Membership Application Process
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks* to receive your Membership materials. The St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum does not send confirmations upon receipt of applications and payments. We will assume all proper Membership materials have been received unless notified. It is your responsibility to notify the Membership office if you have not received your Membership materials.

*The bobbleheads with your membership level are available for pick-up at the Museum. Additional fees will apply if shipping is desired. Contact [email protected] for details.

6. Member Guests
Additional tickets are available for purchase at regular price at the Museum ticket desk if you do not have any guest passes. If a Member brings a non-ticketed guest, the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum representatives will do their best to accommodate the party at the same time.

7. Guest Passes
Memberships are allocated a preset number of one-time use guest passes, which is determined by their Membership level and benefits. Guest passes can only be redeemed at the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum ticket desk; they cannot be reserved in advance. If a Member brings a friend using a guest pass, the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum representatives will do their best to accommodate the party at the same time.

Further ConditionsThe St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum reserves the right to refuse entry and/or Membership to a Member and to cancel a Membership without refund if a Member behaves in a threatening or abusive manner toward any person, damages or threatens to damage any of the exhibits or artifacts at the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum, or otherwise violates any rules, regulations or policies of the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum, as may be established and amended from time to time.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. At the time of an amendment, Members will be notified on our web site or via email, where the new terms and conditions will be available for download.
