Brewers Ticket Policies by Category

Season Seat Holders (Full Seasons, 40-Plans & 20-Plans), 10-Pack Holders, Mini Pack Holders (4-Packs & Flex Packs), Group Ticket Holders and Single Game Ticket Holders

For any games to be played as scheduled and without a reduction of Ballpark seating capacity, account holders are subject to the applicable Ticket Exchange Policies:

· For Season Seat Holders (Full Seasons, 40-plans, and 20-plans), the policies are found at brewers.com/SSH.

· For 10-Pack Holders, the policies are found at brewers.com/10packs.

· For all others, there is no eligibility for refunds or exchanges, but if the account holder calls Customer Service at least 24 hours before the scheduled game time, limited exchange options may be provided in the Brewers’ sole discretion.

In light of any distancing requirements, reduction of Ballpark seating capacity to less than 100%, and/or other health and safety regulations of Major League Baseball or any governmental authority, the Brewers reserve the right to provide the account holder with (i) an account credit (which may be accompanied by a presale opportunity for the impacted game(s), subject to availability) equal to the paid value of the relevant tickets and parking, (ii) a refund equal to the paid value of the relevant tickets and parking, or (iii) ticket relocation to alternate locations as close to the original location as possible, subject to availability and pod requirements, with priority given based on plan type and account tenure; in each case in lieu of the use of the original tickets. If reassignment results in tickets being relocated to a location with a lower price point, the difference in cost will be reimbursed to the account holder. If a newly-assigned seating location is not acceptable to the account holder, the account holder will have the option, in lieu of the use of the tickets in the newly-assigned location, to instead receive an account credit or a refund equal to the paid value of the relevant tickets, by notifying the Brewers of the election within 14 days after being notified of the reassigned ticket location.

For any postponed games, account holders may choose to either retain the ticket rights for the rescheduled date or, alternatively, receive an account credit or a refund equal to the paid value of the relevant tickets and parking by notifying the Brewers of such election by the earlier of (a) the day before the rescheduled date or (b) 30 days after the postponement announcement. For any cancelled games that are not replaced or rescheduled, account holders will receive an account credit or a refund equal to the paid value of the relevant tickets and parking. Account credits can be applied to invoices for previously purchased ticket plans or used towards single game ticket and parking purchases through the immediately-following season. Account holders will receive an email within 48 hours of any postponement or cancellation announcement with further instructions to confirm the selected action.

Leased Suiteholders

For Leased Suiteholders with multi-game suite agreements, all refunds and exchanges will be handled in accordance with their suite agreement. Please contact your account rep for questions, including in the event the Ballpark seating capacity is less than 100% as a result of mandated capacity requirements or for any postponed or cancelled games.

Suite Rental Purchases

For any games to be played as scheduled and without a reduction of Ballpark seating capacity, there are no refunds or exchanges for Single Game Suite Rentals, but if the account holder calls Customer Service at least 24 hours before the scheduled game time, limited exchange options may be provided in the Brewers’ sole discretion.

In light of any distancing requirements, reduction of Ballpark seating capacity to less than 100%, and/or other health and safety regulations of Major League Baseball or any governmental authority, the Brewers reserve the right to reduce the seating capacity to a lesser number and to reduce the food/beverage menu accordingly, in which case the value of the unavailable tickets will be reimbursed to the account that originally purchased the suite rental. Alternatively, if the reduced capacity is not satisfactory, the account holder will have the option to receive an account credit for a future game, in lieu of use of the suite for the original suite date, by notifying the Brewers of such election within 48 hours of the time the Brewers provide notice of the capacity reduction.

For any postponed games, account holders may choose to either retain the suite rights for the rescheduled date or, alternatively, receive an account credit or refund equal to the paid value of the relevant tickets and parking by notifying the Brewers of such election by the earlier of (a) the day before the rescheduled date or (b) 30 days after the postponement announcement. For any cancelled games that are not replaced or rescheduled (or if a game is played but the Brewers no suite access is available), account holders will receive an account credit or a refund equal to the paid value of the relevant tickets and parking. Account credits can be applied to suite rental purchases through the immediately-following season. Suite Rental purchasers will receive an email within 48 hours of any postponement or cancellation announcement affecting their game with further instructions to confirm the selected action.

Ticket Vouchers (including but not limited to Fan Appreciation, Thank You Cards, Kids Crew, & BP C'mon Back Club)

For any games to be played as scheduled and without a reduction of Ballpark seating capacity, Ticket Vouchers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, but if the Ticket Voucher Holder calls Customer Service at least 24 hours before the scheduled game time, limited exchange options may be provided in the Brewers’ sole discretion.

In light of any distancing requirements, reduction of Ballpark seating capacity to less than 100%, and/or other health and safety regulations of Major League Baseball or any governmental authority, the Brewers reserve the right to provide the Ticket Voucher Holder with (i) the opportunity to receive a ticket to a designated future home game in the current or immediately-following season, or (ii) ticket voucher relocation to alternate locations as close to the original location as possible, subject to seating availability and pod requirements, in the Brewers’ sole discretion; in each case in lieu of the use of the original ticket vouchers. If a newly-assigned seating location is not acceptable to the Ticket Voucher Holder, the Ticket Voucher Holder will have the option, in lieu of the use of the ticket vouchers in the newly-assigned location, to instead receive the opportunity to receive a ticket to a designated future home game in the current or immediately-following season, by notifying the Brewers of the election within 14 days after being notified of the reassigned ticket voucher location.

For any postponed games, Ticket Voucher Holders may choose to either retain the ticket voucher rights for the rescheduled date or, alternatively, receive the opportunity to receive a ticket to a designated future home game in the current or immediately-following season, in lieu of the use of the ticket vouchers for the original game by notifying the Brewers of such election by the earlier of (a) the day before the rescheduled date or (b) 30 days after the postponement announcement. For any cancelled games that are not replaced or rescheduled, Ticket Voucher Holders will be able to exchange their game ticket for a designated future home game in the current or immediately-following season.

Brewers Buddies Ticket Holders

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets obtained through the Brewers Buddies program.

Secondary Market Ticket Purchases

For tickets purchased via a reseller, please refer to the "help" section of the site from which you purchased your tickets for details. The Brewers are not responsible for, and will not provide any refunds, credits or exchanges for any ticket purchased via any sales outlet other than the Milwaukee Brewers.
