Henry Aaron’s life-long passion was to increase minority participation in baseball - whether that was on the field, in baseball operations, on the business side of a front office or at Major League Baseball.
The Atlanta Braves are honored to announce that we are forming The Henry Louis Aaron Fund, inside the Atlanta Braves Foundation, and seeding the first $1 million. Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association will graciously match with an additional $1 million.
