Healthcare Worker Discounts

Using XNow verification, healthcare workers can purchase discounted tickets to select Monday-Thursday games throughout the season as tickets become available.

1. The Houston Astros Healthcare Worker Ticket Program (the "Program") will allow eligible healthcare workers to purchase select Houston Astros home game tickets.
2. All tickets purchased through the Program are subject to the standard terms and conditions governing Houston Astros tickets, available at www.astros.com/ticketpolicies
3. MLB game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined at the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Houston Astros (“Astros”), as applicable, and may be subject to change.
4. All eligible purchasers of Program tickets must be active healthcare employees, aged 18 or older, at a clinic, hospital or private/government healthcare organization (an "Active Healthcare Worker"). Active Healthcare Worker status is subject to verification by the Astros and XNow. Individuals who are unable to verify Active Healthcare Worker status will not be able to complete the checkout.
5. Purchasers must have an app compatible device and download the MLB Ballpark app in order to receive any purchased tickets. Tickets will be delivered and viewable in the MLB Ballpark app after your purchase.
6. The Program is open only to Active Healthcare Workers (as defined above). Individuals under the age of 18 are ineligible.
7. The Astros have the absolute discretion to determine the games (if any) for which Program tickets will be available.
8. Program tickets are subject to availability, as determined in the sole discretion of the Astros.
9. Program tickets may not be transferred, resold or used for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Any such use may be voided and/or refunded to the original purchaser.
